This privacy policy covers ALL of the Bamba apps AND other apps (henceforth known as ‘Apps’) developed by Mezmedia Pte Ltd (henceforth known as ‘Mezmedia’). This privacy policy also includes the website ‘bambatown.com’ (‘Website’). Please read this statement carefully before using the Apps on your device and before using the Website. Your use of the Apps and the Website indicates your agreement to abide by these below terms in effect.
Anonymous User Data and Information Collection
The Apps may at times collect anonymous information for the purposes of measuring user behaviour, tracking usage and collecting crash reports. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, device type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We may use a tracking utility that uses log files to analyze user behavior.
Do note that NO PERSONAL INFORMATION nor any information that will identify the user will be collected at any time on the Apps or on the Website.
Mezmedia will use this anonymous information for the sole purpose of feedback collection or improving their apps. Any information collected by Mezmedia will NOT be shared with, licensed to nor sold to any third-party.
Opting Out
Users have the option of opting out of the anonymous information collection on the Apps within the settings section of the App. Do note that not all of the Apps are collecting such data.

The Apps and this Website will contain links to other sites (such as the Apple iTunes Apps Store, Google Play, etc.). Please be aware that Mezmedia is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and apps to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by Mezmedia.
Business Transitions
In the event Mezmedia goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, any information collected will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, Mezmedia may need to disclose user information (even though it is anonymous) when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on Mezmedia.
Notification of Changes
Whenever Mezmedia changes its privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
Grammar, Headings and Construction
Words importing the singular shall also include the plural and vice versa where the context requires. Words importing any gender and words importing persons include bodies corporate and incorporate and vice versa where the context requires. Headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not be deemed to be any indication of the meaning of the clauses to which they relate.
